Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Springfield, OH branch for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Filler to join our electrical distribution team (M-F – 7:00AM – 3:30 PM +OT). Part-Time consideration will be given.

Job Summary:

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately fulfill customer orders

Pick, pack, and stage electrical products for shipment

Identify and select materials such as conduit, wire, breakers, panels, and fittings

Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Learn to cross train in other areas

Other tasks/duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to detail

Forklift experience or willingness to be trained

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent 

Previous warehouse or order-filling experience 

Must submit a background check and drug testing
