Warehouse Operative - Reworks

IFGlobal is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast—and we want people who want to grow with us.

We’re looking for a Reworks Operative to join our Hurn team, to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll make sure every order is accurate, compliant, and ready to ship.

What you’ll do:

Pick, process, and dispatch orders using handheld scanners

Maintain stock accuracy and perform compliance checks

Load and unload deliveries, and support other warehouse tasks

Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and compliant

Complete reports and VMI labelling (training provided)

Who we’re looking for:

Hands-on, proactive, and detail-focused

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse

Follows health & safety rules

Working Pattern

7-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday

35 hours per week

Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
