Warehouse Operative

IFGlobal is a fast-growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.

Due to growth, we are looking for 3 Warehouse Operatives in our Hurn Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coach the warehouse team, ensuring targets, standards, and safety compliance are consistently met.

Onboard new staff and manage agency personnel efficiently.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse, including PPE use and key-holder responsibilities.

Approve product completion, ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve workflows.

Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing warehouse teams or frontline operations.

Strong understanding of health & safety, quality standards, and compliance.

Track record of coaching, developing, and motivating staff.

Ability to handle staffing, agency relationships, and workflow coordination.

Practical problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on leadership.

Flexibility, accountability, and a proactive, can-do mindset.

Working pattern

08:30am-17:30pm

8 hour shifts over 5 days

40 hours per week
