Warehouse Operations Manager

Procon Roofing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our field crews. This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory management and coordination of materials.

What You’ll Do

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times

Coordinate material distribution and returns for field crews, ensuring all required documentation is completed

Manage stock in/out processes and maintain proper records

Ensure all vehicle maintenance requirements are tracked and documented, including completion of maintenance forms

Support and participate in warehouse improvement projects and operational efficiencies

Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Leadership & Team Responsibilities

Provide direction, support, and guidance to warehouse staff

Foster a positive team environment and maintain strong working relationships

Hold team members accountable and assist in improving performance where needed

Identify training and development opportunities for staff

Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and accountability

Qualifications

Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a management role

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Experience coordinating with field teams or construction crews is an asset
