• Lead inbound/Outbound and warehouse management to achieve high effectiveness and efficiency in overall logistics operations i.e Finished Goods and Semi- Finished Goods
• Collaborate and manage third party logistics service provider
• Responsible in raw material receiving and storage
• Set up and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which aligned with NXP global logistics operation strategy.
• Drive for continuous improvements on cost, productivities and efficiency performance.
• Manage the health inventory level and optimize storage utilization and establish proper cycle count process and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Control and measure Logistics operational cost, improve the cost per PQ target and cost saving/improvement initiatives.
• Oversee Logistics operation team to comply all requirements in terms of procedures and processes.
• Achieve quality targets on Logistics Quality Incident metrics, work closely with MFG and logistics quality on quality and process improvement in logistics operation.
• Work closely with internal Global logistics partners on warehouse systems and strategy networks resilience and efficiency improvement
• Interfaces with relevant parties such as CSC, PPF, IT, Fin and Manufacturing etc. to establish proactively support and improvement.
• Assist Global Trade Compliance to spread the awareness of Supply Chain Security (SCS) and subject matter expert for Supply Chain Security Framework in MYGDC, monitor and ensure 100% compliances to the Customs regulations/ Trading laws i.e AEO, CTPAT
Job Requirements/Skillsets:
• Over 10 years in the international distribution/supply chain experience and similar semiconductor industry in preferred, with recognized degree and certifications in relevant field.
• Strong management skills, performance orientation, leading the large organization and scope of 200+ outsourced team members, achieving on logistics operation KPIs.
• Strong communication skills, with various functional teams in different NXP locations.
• Proactive, dedicated and good at data analytical skills, and highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines.
• Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Logistics (WMS/TMS) system.
• Highly Innovation and collaboration skill and behaviors, able to create open, teamwork, creative environment.
• Rich experience on managing carriers and forwarders performance and driving on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in PDCA, FMEA, 5xwhy 8D and problem-solving tools, A high level of computer skills is essential.
