Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge, ON, you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
• Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy.
• Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets.
• Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination.
• Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations.
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
To join our team, you need, among other things:
• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management.
• Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills.
• Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
