What We're Looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse distribution experience including 2 years of management experience in a service/distribution center, preferably B2B.
• A detailed orientation with a desire to follow a proven process.
• Proven experience managing a labor and transaction-intensive warehouse process.
• A strong ability to gain trust and create alignment across the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and change management skills plus strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with executives and senior management.
