What You’ll Do

Administrative & Logistics Support

• Pick and prepare small outbound shipments
• Create shipping labels and prepare transport documentation
• Track outgoing goods and update internal transport overviews
• Track and follow up on import shipments
• Maintain and update Excel sheets (e.g., shipment tracking, inventory status)
• Update Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
• Prepare logistics reports and summaries
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments

Warehouse Operations (Inbound & Outbound)

• Support daily warehouse operations as needed
• Receive and process incoming goods
• Verify and correctly register inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage storage locations and inventory movements
• Perform cycle counts and quality checks
• Document shipments and damages by taking photos
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
What You’ll Need

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)
• Comfortable working 50/50 between warehouse and office logistics tasks
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Dutch is a plus
• Flexible and hands-on, able to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to identify inefficiencies and contribute to improvements
