Within the NAPA distribution center located in Winnipeg, you will work closely with the Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be:
• Supervise all aspects of order preparation, from receiving to shipping.
• Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
• Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
• Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
• Ensure the health and safety of workers.
To join our team, you need, among other things:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of warehousing, including shipping/receiving.
• Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
