Our Opportunity:

Our Operations Leads are important members of our operation that assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. The successful candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.

The Operations Lead must be technology oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run department operations and lead department when supervisor and manager are away.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in leadership role required

• 1+ years warehousing experience

• Must be able to stand for most of the day

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
