Location: Trimax Mowing Systems – Fayetteville, GA
Department: Warehouse/Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Warehouse Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in minimizing inventory discrepancies, preventing stock loss, and ensuring timely availability of products to meet operational and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, control, and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and adjustments
Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the warehouse management system
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to align stock levels with demand
Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and report findings
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items
Support receiving and dispatch processes to verify quantities and documentation
Develop and follow inventory control procedures and best practices
Prepare inventory reports for management and assist with forecasting and planning
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry items up to [25–50 lbs.]
Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions
