About you:

No two days will be the same. As a CDMO within the Animal Health industry, our operating environment presents unique challenges. Your resilience, strong commercial awareness, and constructive leadership style will position you for success in this role.

Your experience and capabilities will include:

Leading end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, from inbound receipt through storage, dispensing, and outbound distribution.

Ensuring full compliance with GMP, HSE, and MPI / Transitional Facility Operator (TFO) regulatory requirements.

Maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock integrity across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Driving improvements in DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) and operational performance.

Managing warehouse capacity, material flow, and resource planning to support manufacturing schedules.

Ensuring the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials and dangerous goods, including Certified Handler requirements.

Developing strong team capability, engagement, and leadership culture.

Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and external logistics partners.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance.

A background in distribution, logistics, or supply chain within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment will be highly desirable.

Your background, experience and attributes will include:

Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a significant Warehouse and Distribution operation, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry with cGMP capability.

Understanding and experience of the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.

Outstanding front line leadership skills, showcasing ability to grow and develop team culture and team members.

Excellent customer service, ability to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Strong inventory management experience to ensure stock consumed and recorded in rotation with minimal obsolescence.

Significant experience coordinating international logistics including hazardous and high value materials.

Strong commercial acumen to develop and implement high quality business cases.

Highly collaborative, team player, with an ability to engage and influence at senior levels.

High energy, resilience and commitment to company values.

Drive accountability and responsibility for performance of teams.

Strong decision making, solutions focussed and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

This is an opportunity to join a unique and fast-growing business where your ideas matter, your skills will grow, and your contribution is genuinely valued. Along with a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy comprehensive insurance cover, access to EAP support, fresh fruit every week, and regular on-site events that bring people together.

You will also be part of a workplace that truly values its people and encourages collaboration, fresh thinking, and doing great work together. If you are an experienced professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!
