職務概要

自動倉庫プロジェクトにおける建築・設備設計を AutoCAD で担当します。新設だけでなく既存倉庫の改修も含め、現地調査からレイアウト作成、見積図面の作成・依頼、場合によっては工事見積単価の査定まで、設計フェーズ全体をリードしていただきます。アイデア提案やチームの事務サポートを通じて、プロジェクトの成功に広く貢献できる役割です。

主な業務

• AutoCAD での自動倉庫レイアウトおよび付帯設備の設計
• 既存倉庫改修時の現地調査・現状図作成
• 見積取得用図面の作成とベンダーへの依頼
• 建築・設備工事費の概算査定（可能な場合）
• チーム内での企画・アイデア創出および事務処理サポート

Requirements:
【必須要件】

• AutoCAD を用いた実務経験が 2 年以上あること（倉庫設計に限らず建築や設備設計のバックグラウンドを歓迎します）
• 建物付帯設備の設計経験が 2 年以上あること
• Word・Excel・PowerPoint で設計関連資料を作成できる
• 顧客や社内外ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションし、効率よく調整を行える。
