The role:
We’re looking for a customer-focused, hands-on individual to join our Red Deer team. In this role, you’ll support both office and warehouse operations while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You’ll play a key part in order processing, inventory coordination, and day-to-day customer interactions - helping ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a 7-month contract role providing coverage during a temporary internal assignment
What you’ll do:
Customer Service & Sales Support
Act as the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, in-person)
Process orders and support product inquiries
Prepare and pick orders for customer pickup or shipment
Build strong customer relationships and identify service opportunities
Warehouse & Inventory
Receive and organize incoming shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and support stock replenishment
Assist with monthly and year-end inventory counts
Support warehouse organization and cleanliness
Administration & Coordination
Support invoicing, order tracking, and customer account updates
Coordinate shipments, couriers, and sample submissions
Assist with office supply management and general admin tasks
Collaborate with internal teams across locations
Your background includes:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, or admin roles
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
Ability to lift up to 30 kg
Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP/accounting systems are an asset
Forklift experience (or willingness to obtain certification)
Agriculture or livestock knowledge is an asset
