Position Summary
We are looking for a warehouse associate to join the Element Tents & Structures team to perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high. Responsibilities would include picking, pulling, prepping, maintaining, and moving inventory with a goal to increase efficiency, quality, and accuracy for profitability.
Responsibilities:
· Wrapping up the skids for order.
· Load and unload trucks
· Move inventory for staging and display.
· Count and confirm inventory.
· Carefully handle and store fragile, heavy inventory
· Safely operate warehouse equipment
· Follow and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
· Perform additional tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· Good time management, communication skills and common sense
· Flexible work hours from week to week
· Open to variable work assignments
· Good physical stamina
· Hardworking and accountable
· Ability to understand and communicate in English
· Reliable commute to work
Schedule:
· 10 hour shift
· 12 hour shift
· 8 hour shift
· Afternoon shift
· Overtime
· Weekends as needed
