Warehouse/Counter Sales Representative – White Tail Connect

What you will be Doing:
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Use computers to generate invoices, estimates and run credit card sales
• Demonstrate use and operation of merchandise
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Maintain knowledge of products
• Recommend, select and locate products needed by customers based on needs
• Keep freight put up daily as its received and checked in
• Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and shop areas
• Must be able to work all hours of operation
• Deliver parts to customer locations as needed
• Generate upselling opportunities when delivering parts to customers
Your Skills and Qualifications:
• Familiar with brands such as Emerson/Rosemount, ABB, Allen-Bradley, or other Automation/Electrical brands and equipment
• 2 + Years experience preferred, working with Measurement, Instrumentation, or Electrical Equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to function in high paced team environment and multitask
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Branch Manager
• Strong Computer Skills and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office – Excel
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds upstairs and at a time
• Ability to be in twisting and crouching position to put freight away
• Clean Driving Record
• 2 + Years of Driving Experience operating a Company Vehicle.
• Background Check
• DOT regulated D&A test
Working Conditions:
• This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Carlsbad office.
• The hours of work are 7am-4pm with some flexibility.
