Warehouse Co-Ordinator (Temporary)

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Co-ordinator on a temporary basis to support our London Warehouse in Perivale. This is a hands on role where you’ll help keep stock moving smoothly, ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, and support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse environment.

You’ll be joining a key part of the business, helping our team handle all inbound and outbound activity for the London Depot. Goods are delivered across the UK and Ireland, as well as internationally, through a third-party courier and our own fleet of delivery vehicles.

Please note, this is a temporary role, and you will be required to work the following dates:

20th - 24th April 2026

27th April - 1st May 2026

(Additional dates may also be required.)

The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Co-Ordinator will be:

Receive and check goods received from suppliers

Allocate goods to warehouse locations

Ensure all goods are stored safely

Ensure the warehouse area is tidy and organised at all times

Process all company recycling – we are a zero-waste company!

Always maintain health and safety standards

Carry out other general warehouse duties as & when required

About you

Previous experience in a dynamic warehouse environment

Strong literacy & numerical skills

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

The ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Confidence to work both independently and within a wider team
