Warehouse Associate - Springwell

Receiving and processing of inventory:

Unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and condition

 

Order picking and packing:

Accurately selecting items from stock based on customer orders, properly packing items and labeling for shipment

 

Warehouse organization:

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, properly storing products and following established procedures

 

Safety compliance:

Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations, wearing required safety gear and reporting any safety hazards

 

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors

 

Physical stamina:

Ability to lift boxes/bags between 50-60lbs, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: USD - USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
