In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm

What you will be doing

Become a master of Sampling: You'll pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring they reach their destination on time, every time.

Unlock the secrets of efficiency: Hitting internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) is your game. You'll streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and be a champion for a smooth-running fulfillment operation.

Be the voice of positive change: Share your ideas with the team and management. Together, you'll create an ever-more efficient sample fulfillment system.

Maintain a "Tour Ready" environment: Your workspace will be the envy of the department. You'll champion organization and cleanliness, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape, always.

Master Every Stage of Sample Receiving:
From the moment inbound inventory arrives, you're on it—receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision. You ensure samples are always where they need to be, powering a flawless fulfillment flow.

What You Bring to the Table

Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Excellent time management

Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus

Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus

Fork lift experience is a plus
