Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at the Jeannette, PA location (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, may require on-call for nights and weekends).
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided)
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Deliver parts if needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience
Must submit a background check and drug testing
