Warehouse Associate / English required/ Bi-lingual preferred

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/LABORER Monday through Friday 7am - 3pm / Bilingual English/Creole or English/ Spanish preferred, Ability to speak and read English required.

Diversified daily responsibilities including, but not limited to, cleaning of facility and equipment for reuse, stocking equipment and supplies, assembly of packaging materials; general duties to assist warehouse functions.

The Warehouse Associate will provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service while performing all duties, and will perform these duties in such a manner as to create a clean, safe working environment according to Covid – 19 regulations and standards for yourself and co-workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities can and will change depending on the day’s priorities. Your day may consist of one or all of the following:
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, including wearing proper uniform and any face masks or gloves/if required and as regulated
• Comply at all times to TooJay’s standards and regulations for safety and adhere to Health department regulations
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of all cases and work areas
• Perform all end of shift functions
• Be familiar with location of fire extinguishers and how to access them
• Attend meetings as required by management
• Minimize waste and pilferage
• Perform any other duties as requested by management
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns or issues raised by co-workers and/or manager
• Must be able to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Must be willing to work with cleaning and or sanitizing equipment and solutions
• Must be willing to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects exerting up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand during entire shift
