Requirements:
•Responsible for the SHE , EMS & TS requirements in warehouse management;

•Responsible for RM, FG, MRO And Waste Area Management.

•Responsible for inventory management ensure all goods in good and safety conditions ,Maintain accurate records.

•Responsible for 100% Dispatch plan compliance.

•Ensure Zero Downtime & Zero Detention.

•Responsible for Minimization of Logistic Complaints.

•Responsible for Hazardous & Non-Hazardous waste material storage , disposal & keep records of the same as per legal requirement.

•Responsible for managing physical movements of warehouse(s) and compliance with Safety and Security Requirements and the inventory management and quality instructions.

•Responsible for the timely and accurate registration of all warehouse movements.

•Responsible for executing and documenting periodic physical inventory counts, at least once a year in consultation with the Finance Controller.

The Ideal Candidate:

•Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP)

•Familiarity with barcoding, scanning, and labelling processes

•Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) – valid license preferred

•Understanding of safety standards and material handling protocols

•Basic knowledge of raw materials, components, and finished goods used in manufacturing

•Comprehensive knowledge in Operation/Logistic management including inventory planning etc.

•Ability to work in a multicultural environment

•Personnel Management, Training & Development

•Analytical and conceptual, with good judgment, business acumen and problem solving attitude.

•A team-leader and team-player, able to work independently and interdependently
