Our team plays a critical role in ensuring that every part is received, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Distribution Centre in a hybrid role combining warehouse operations with administrative and clerical support.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute both on the warehouse floor and in the office environment, supporting the overall efficiency and organization of our DC operations. This position pays between $23.50 and $25.45 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and stock products in the warehouse;
• Organize inventory in a timely and accurate manner;
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment;
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Administrative / DC Support Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Distribution Centre team;
• Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy;
• Process shipping documentation and related paperwork;
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting;
• Communicate with internal departments regarding orders, discrepancies, and delivery timelines;
• Support scheduling, reporting, and general office coordination as required.
To join our team, you need: 
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is an asset;
• Experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles is an asset;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is considered an asset;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
