Warehouse Administrator - Heathrow Airport

Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Warehouse Administrator to join a well-respected and successful client on Bath Road.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to additional security checks required for this role, successful applicants MUST have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £12.75 to £13.75 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Shifts available: 08:00am to 16:00pm (You must be flexible with the hours you work)
• Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday (This may be subject to change)
• Weekly Pay (every Friday)
• Full training provided (2 weeks)
• Temp to Perm (performance-based)

Key Duties:

• Support transport compliance activities, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and internal standards
• Assist with driver and workforce rostering, maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules
• Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and reports
• Provide note-taking support during meetings and distribute clear, accurate minutes
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor and track compliance-related data, escalating any issues where required
• Deliver general administrative support to the wider transport team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration, compliance, note-taking, or workforce rostering is highly desirable

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• 5 years of working experience in the UK (compulsory)
• Valid UK driving licence (compulsory)
• Strong training delivery and presentation skills
• Previous leadership or team leading experience
• Good understanding of SSOW, compliance, and operational processes
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Full computer knowledge (compulsory)
• Flexible to work rotational shifts
• Willingness to support overtime during peak operational periods
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following the interview in line with CAA requirements.

Please note: As this is an airport role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.
