Position Details

Role: Junior Analyst – Business Operations (IT Support)

Experience: 0–1 year (Fresher)

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Date: Friday, 20 March 2026

Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Venue: Rentokil PCI, Pest Control Pvt. Ltd. 3rd Floor, Narayani Building, Ambabai Temple Compound, Aarey Road, Near Bank of Maharashtra, Goregaon West, Mumbai – 400062

Role Overview

The Junior Analyst – Business Operations will work within the Application Support Team to ensure timely resolution of issues reported by users.

The ideal candidate will be accountable, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will report to the Manager – Application Support and be part of a multi-functional team supporting internal and external partners.

Note: This role is strictly focused on IT support and does not involve data analytics or dashboard-related work. We are looking for graduates who want to start a career in IT support, skilled in troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and providing timely technical assistance. Candidates should be eager to contribute to business operations by ensuring smooth and efficient IT support processes.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Resolve queries raised by branch teams

Analyze business processes and requirements

Create and maintain process documentation

Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

Key Deliverables

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined timelines

Provide support for in-house applications

Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration

Continuously enhance knowledge through self-learning

Ensure SLA compliance

Capability to deal with variable and unstructured situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in project environments with internal, external, and customer teams

Educational / Technical Requirements

Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSc-IT

Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Import Range, Functions), Google Sheets
