• Handling guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests, encouraging repeat visits.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
