We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter in our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and answering questions about menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay orders and special requests
• Present and serve food and beverages in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions
• Assist with side work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverware

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Ability to memorize menu items and make informed recommendations
• Food handling certification preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia preferred
