Aliée Istanbul, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking an energetic, guest-focused, and detail-oriented “Waiter” to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our distinguished guests.
This is more than a service role; it is a key part of the Aliée guest journey. At Aliée, our service team plays an essential role in creating memorable dining moments through attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
As a “Waiter”, you will embody the refined spirit of Aliée by ensuring each guest enjoys seamless, elegant, and personalized service. From warmly welcoming guests and presenting menus to accurately taking orders and serving food and beverages with excellence, you will contribute to a flawless luxury dining experience that reflects the sophistication and standards of our brand.
 
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to luxury service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by anticipating needs
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times
• Previous experience in waiter/service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset
• Team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
