Required Skills
Job Description
At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.
Role Overview
As the VP of Transformation, you will be the architect of the company’s future operating model and drive the most critical initiatives to transform the company. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead the design and execution of cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous evolution. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and frontline execution, ensuring that our $3B enterprise remains agile in a shifting market.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinking leader with emotional insight, who is capable of redesigning complex systems while keeping the workforce engaged and motivated. This is not just a PMO role—it is more about enterprise architecture and cultural change. This is an invitation to rewrite the DNA of a multi-billion dollar company. You will have the mandate and the executive air cover to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Roadmap Development & Execution: Partner with the executive team to identify value-creation levers and prioritize a multi-year transformation portfolio and collaboratively drive the execution of the roadmap with cross functional partners.
• Operational Excellence: Redesign end-to-end business processes using data driven methodologies to eliminate silos and friction.
• Change Leadership (The EQ Pillar): Serve as a key change agent, building high-trust relationships across the organization to overcome resistance and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Governance & Value Tracking: Establish rigorous KPIs and "Value Realization" frameworks to ensure transformation efforts translate directly to the P&L. The Ideal Candidate Profile
The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a unique blend of "The Architect" (High IQ) and "The Coach" (High EQ).
• Professional Pedigree
• The Operator-Consultant Hybrid: You have likely spent time at a top-tier management consultancy and/or held a senior operational role within a $1B+ enterprise. You understand what looks good on a slide and what actually works in a large, complex company.
• The Scaler: Experience navigating the complexities of a $3B+ organization, including global footprints, legacy systems, and diverse talent pools.
• Intellectual Horsepower (High IQ)
• Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "entire map" and understand how a change in one department ripples across the whole enterprise.
• Analytical Rigor: A master of first principles thinking; you don't accept "that's how we've always done it" without data to back it up.
• Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of financial levers, capital allocation, and ROI modeling.
• Emotional Intelligence (High EQ)
• Influence Without Authority: You can persuade teams to change their workflow through empathy and logic, not just mandate.
• Resilience: The ability to stay steady and optimistic during the "trough of disillusionment" inherent in any major change.
• Active Listening: You spend as much time in the trenches listening to pain points as you do in the boardroom presenting solutions.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large scale operations, strategy, consulting, or transformation management.
• Proven track record of delivering $50M+ in measurable value through transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to "translate" complex strategy for any audience.
• MBA preferred
