What you'll be doing:

We're looking for an accomplished and driven VP of Partner Ecosystem to build and lead a world-class ecosystem strategy that accelerates WEKA’s go-to-market momentum through key partnerships. This is a pivotal role, reporting to the CRO, that requires cross-functional leadership, deep strategic thinking, and outstanding execution skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning and scaling strategic alliances across the technology partner landscape, including OEMs, Cloud Service Providers, NeoClouds, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).

As a VP of Partner Ecosystem you’ll:

• Develop and own WEKA’s global partner channel strategy to drive indirect revenue growth.

• Build and scale revenue-generating relationships with key partner categories including OEM, CSP, NeoCloud, VAR and GSI.

• Lead joint business planning with top partners to define mutual goals, sales initiatives, marketing programs, and measurable KPIs.

• Collaborate with WEKA’s sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure tight alignment with partner priorities and customer outcomes.

• Negotiate high-impact partner agreements, program terms, and joint GTM plans.

• Constructing partner enablement & onboarding programs.

• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear objectives, performance metrics, and operational discipline.

• Continuously analyze partner performance, optimize program value, and report results to executive leadership.

• Represent WEKA at key industry events and partner engagements, acting as a strategic voice in the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner ecosystem leadership in high-growth enterprise software companies.

• Previously led partner ecosystem globally for high growth saas company, preferably in the infrastructure layer

• Ideally previous experience working for software company that provides server platforms or appliances - whether through in-house HW or through OEM partnerships

• Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with OEMs, Cloud Service Providers, NeoClouds, VARs, and GSIs.

• Proven track record of delivering partner-sourced revenue growth and influencing indirect sales motions at scale.

• Experience working with or in high-performance computing, AI/ML infrastructure, storage, or cloud-native platforms.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage C-level partner stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence.

• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with pre-sales, post-sales & product teams.

• Strong experiences taking initiative and identifying consequences & risk.

• Top-notch problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage ambiguity.

• Experience working on a global scale

• Ability to travel as needed.
