Responsibilities::
• Translate business goals into technology strategy and execution, ensuring engineering priorities directly support growth, revenue, and customer success.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape company strategy and provide a strong technical voice in business discussions.
• Lead and grow a global team of 60+ engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI
• Drive engineering excellence: quality, reliability, scalability, security, performance, velocity, and a culture of craftsmanship.
• Leverage AI/ML both in product workflows and engineering practices to accelerate development and innovation.
• Evolve architecture to support high-scale PLG products and enterprise-grade platform needs ( Agentic infrastructure, APIs, integrations, RBAC, compliance).
• Partner with Leadership, Product, Design, and GTM teams to align technical execution with customer and business priorities.


What we expect from you::
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP) within a SaaS company or high-growth technology environment
• Track record of delivering SaaS products end-to-end, including managing large-scale releases, ensuring product reliability, and meeting customer and business expectations.
• Strong business acumen — proven ability to align engineering delivery with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer needs.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to balance technical decisions with business tradeoffs.
• Deep expertise in software and platform architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS infrastructure.
• Proven track record scaling global, distributed teams with a strong remote-first culture.
• Experience delivering both self-serve scale and enterprise-grade platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure is a plus.
• Familiarity with our stack is a plus: Laravel (PHP), Go, React/Redux, Node.js, Playwright, Selenium, Swift, Kotlin, cloud-native infra, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
