We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 16 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof.
The Job
The Vice President of Client Advisory Services (CAS) is responsible for leading and expanding our CAS practice by driving growth, strengthening service delivery, and developing high‑performing teams. This role oversees complex client engagements, ensures accuracy and excellence across all advisory services, and serves as a strategic partner to both clients and internal firm leaders. The VP collaborates closely with firm leadership to refine processes, implement technology solutions, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
What do we need you to do?
Actively identify new CAS opportunities and support practice growth.
Build strong relationships with internal partners and external clients.
Develop proposals, service scopes, and business development strategies.
Oversee delivery of high‑quality financial reporting, month‑end close, and technical accounting compliance.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all client engagements.
Lead, mentor, and develop managers, senior accountants, and staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance team environment.
Drive adoption of cloud‑based technology and AI to automate processes and enhance insights.
Monitor engagement performance, including budgeting, timelines, and deliverables.
Support financial analysis and clearly communicate impacts and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate across departments and provide clear updates on practice initiatives.
Participate in firm committees, leadership meetings, and internal initiatives.
Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client operations and firm services.
Qualifications for this position:
10+ years of leadership experience building and managing high‑performing teams
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and operational excellence
Experience with cloud‑based accounting tools and modern financial systems
Familiarity with GAAP is preferred
CPA License preferred
