Enterprise Endpoint & Workplace Technology Strategy
• Develop and execute an enterprise endpoint and workplace technology strategy encompassing device management, operating systems, configuration, application delivery, and lifecycle for secure, high-performing, and reliable user experiences.
• Oversee engineering and technology teams to deliver and continually improve modern device architectures, collaboration platforms, AV/meeting technologies, and productivity systems that support hybrid and remote work.
• Partner with Facilities to create technology-enabled workplaces, identify and address workflow friction points, and maintain a balanced roadmap focused on modernization, operational stability, AI integration, and user experience enhancements.
• Ensure workplace technologies comply with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards, partnering with InfoSec to manage risks and guide responsible AI use.
Leadership, Team Development & Vendor Management
• Lead high‑performing engineering, workplace experience, and collaboration teams.
