Location: Canada preferred (Hybrid work arrangement with travel as required)

Purpose

The VP, AI Business Consulting and Process Automation will lead Centrilogic’s consulting practice focused on AI-driven business transformation and intelligent process automation. This role is responsible for defining strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements. The VP will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for AI Business Consulting and Process Automation. Aligning practice goals with Centrilogic’s corporate objectives and growth strategy.
Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business value realization. Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI and automation solutions.
Practice Development: Build and scale a high-performing consulting team with expertise in AI, process automation, and digital transformation. Establish best practices, frameworks, and accelerators for AI-first consulting engagements.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes. Implement governance models and operational controls for efficiency and compliance.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation platforms. Represent Centrilogic in Industry Forums, client showcases, and analyst briefings.

Required Experience

15+ years in business consulting, with at least 5 years in AI and process automation leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, automation platforms (e.g., RPA, intelligent workflows), and cloud ecosystems.
P&L ownership experience and ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios.
