Position Summary
The VP of Account Management is responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion and renewals across Mosai’s customer base. This leader manages and develops a team of Account Managers (Enterprise and SMB), ensuring disciplined execution of the Expand and Renew motions.
This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of the post-sale commercial organization, partnering closely with Customer Success to turn value realization into sustained growth.
Job Duties:
Revenue & Growth Leadership
Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Retention (GRR), and Expansion ARR targets
Build and execute account growth strategies across segments (Enterprise and SMB)
Ensure consistent expansion pipeline creation well ahead of renewal cycles
Drive multi-product adoption and platform expansion across accounts
Drive a disciplined, value-based renewal process
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Account Managers
Establish clear performance expectations, territory/account coverage, and quotas
Drive accountability through regular pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews
Hire and onboard top talent aligned to Mosai’s GTM model
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption and value realization
Align with Clinical Services to support complex expansion opportunities
Collaborate with RevOps on forecasting, segmentation, and process discipline
Work with Sales Leadership to ensure clean AE → AM handoffs
Operational Rigor
Enforce Salesforce hygiene, stage discipline, and forecast accuracy
Establish consistent account planning and whitespace analysis processes
Track and improve key metrics (NRR, expansion pipeline, adoption signals)
Implement scalable processes across Enterprise and SMB motions
All other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
8–15+ years of SaaS sales/account management experience
5+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams
Proven track record of driving NRR and expansion growth
Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership style
Strong analytical, operational, and forecasting capabilities
Experience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motions
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.
