About the Role:

Join us at Capacity as a Volunteer!

Volunteering allows you to contribute your skills and passion while directly impacting the integration of refugees and migrants into the Swiss community. As a volunteer, you will work closely with the Capacity team members and/or other volunteers on projects, specific events or specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on specific projects/tasks
• Provide support with specialist skills like Canva, Graphic Design, Photography, Data Management etc.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events e.g. support logistics, registration processes

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for social integration of people with migrant and/or refugee backgrounds and community support
• Strong organisational skills e.g previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is highly desired
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility and openness for diverse tasks
• Clear time commitment
