Calltek is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Volume Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs in General Santos City. This role focuses on efficiently sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while maintaining quality and speed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment, is results-driven, and has strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local community outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and recruitment leads to meet volume targets and timelines.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the offer and onboarding process, including document collection and start-date coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong local talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, walk-in hiring, and campus recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of experience in volume or mass recruitment; BPO or staffing experience is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to assess candidates efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in General Santos City and participate in local recruitment activities.
