Unser Team betreibt Contact Center Plattformen, wir bieten unseren Kunden Contact Center Lösungen an. Wenn Sie Erfahrung als Systemadministrator haben und offen für den Betrieb von VoIP-Anwendungen sind, bewerben Sie sich um eine Position in unserem Team. 

Stellenbeschreibung:

• Betrieb der Telefon- und Anrufverteilungsanlage des Kunden

• Durchführung von Systemverwaltungsaufgaben sowohl auf Hardware- als auch auf Anwendungsebene

• Erkennen, Analyse und Behebung komplexer Fehler, wie z. B. schwer zu diagnostizierende Fälle im Zusammenhang mit der Sprachqualität und den Systemkomponenten

• Wartungsaufgaben (Firmware-Upgrade, Hotfixes, Patch-Management)

• Unterstützung spezifischer Lösungsteams

• Kontaktaufnahme mit deutschen Kollegen, Systemingenieuren und aktive Teilnahme an technischen Telefonkonferenzen

• Analyse von wiederkehrenden Fehlern, Identifizierung der Grundursache und Lösung im Rahmen des Problem-Management-Prozesses

• Dokumentation der Behebung einzelner Incidents und Probleme, und Aufnahme in die Datenbank für bekannte Fehler

• Aktive Teilnahme am Change Management (Planung und Durchführung)

• Verwalten und Aktualisieren der Systemdokumentationen im Falle von Änderungen

• Willigkeit für Rufbereitschaft

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder relevante Ausbildung in Informatik oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2 oder höher) VAGY

• Erfahrung im Systembetrieb/Systemadministration (Windows, Linux)

• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

Vorteil:

• Englischkenntnisse

• Kenntnisse der Telekommunikations - und Contact-Center-Technologien, VoIP

• Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Überwachungssystemen (Icinga)

• Kenntnisse von Service Prozessen, d.h. Kenntnisse der ITIL V3 – Incident- / Change- / Problem- / Configuration Management Prozess

• Kenntnisse der CC-Plattform (Avaya, Genesys, NICE, Verint, VoIP)

• Tiefe Kenntnisse der Betriebssysteme (Windows, Linux)
