•Avaya Platform Experience/Understanding (CMS, AES, CM, ACD)

•Session Managers

•H.323

•VoIP

•Voice TDM Circuits and Installation

•G450 and G659 Gateways/CLANs

•SIP Transport

•Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

•Cisco ICM and CUCM knowledge a plus
