Account specific roles and responsibilities
• Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items.
• Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience in a healthcare account
• Knowledgeable with US healthcare insurance
• Good working knowledge in checking and processing Authorization
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
