Work Location: ONSITE (SHAW, MANDALUYONG)
Work Schedule: Rotating
Account-specific roles and responsibilities:
· Account type: Airline / Travel
· Attend to customers’ concerns related to booking, scheduling, cancelling flights
Customer Service (Job Description)
· Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
· Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
· Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
· Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
Requirements:
• No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
• Preferably With at least 6 months of international airline account experience in a BPO setup
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts
• Can work in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
