Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Meet or exceed individual/team targets
Requirements:
• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Has email/ticketing support experience
• A background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plus
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
• Willing to work on site in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
