Ø Hands on experience in configuration and trouble shooting of Cisco call manager , Cisco Unity ,voice gateways ,CUBES ,SBC’s Presence etc
Ø Solid understanding of operations and adherence with ITIL processes.
Ø Expert in SIP,H323,MGCP protocols
Ø Hands on experience on Log and trace analysis.
Ø Experience with Windows and Linux platforms
Ø Experience in Cisco/Tandberg& Polycom video conferencing platforms
Ø Packet capture analysis.
