Project Role:
 
Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solution's cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.
 
Install, run, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair server infrastructure to ensure
a stable production environment.  Must be able to interact with business units to define server requirements – propose technical/functional solutions to meet the requirements –
and build-out server solutions to meet business requirements based on current and future
compute environment. 

Required Skills:
• 3 – 5 years of experience administering VM/Windows server environments and Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
• Hands on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Responsible for server infrastructure operations including system configuration, high availability solutions and virtualization.
• Handle day-to-day problems and service requests related to Server environment and virtualized infrastructure.
• Participate in the development and maintain disaster recovery plans for servers and storage.
• Operate and support a geographically dispersed datacenter and customers.
• Hands-on experience in a multitude of Microsoft products including, but not limited to; Windows Server and Cloud infrastructure engineering
• A strong sense of initiative and learning, able to prioritize and organize, able to lead and work with a team, and able to communicate well with management and other personnel
• Demonstrated solid understanding of scalable technology architectures and processes
Qualifications
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a large enterprise environment
• Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills;
• Good organizational and project management skills;
• Sound judgment; initiative; flexibility; detail-oriented
• Ability to adapt and learn new concepts and technologies
