Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.
Client requires the services of a technical architect to support the design and development of projects.
The primary purpose of the Technical Architect is to provide architectural guidance and design for VMware technology for the program. The application and technical architect translates business level requirements in order to effectively translate into technical specifications within the VMware ESX technology, provides technical expertise in modifying/customizing the software application and is responsible for leading the technical design process and providing leadership and guidance for architectural decisions. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and program standards as well as compliance and policies and best practices. The architect position interacts with technical staff and business staff to design solutions based on comprehensive technical knowledge VMware ESX technology 5.6.0 VMware View for program requirements.
Required Experience
Experience working in the technical architecture field.
Experience in EMC and IBM storage
Experience in Installing and configuring File and print servers
In-depth knowledge of VMware ESX technology 5.6.0 VMware View
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (DHCP and DNS)
Extensive experience with virtual desktop deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in SharePoint and Project servers
Java or Architect Certification
Experience in supporting UCS servers
Experience in Dell switches
Experience in managing SQL database server 2008 20012
