Role Overview:
Assistant Producerは、BEATチームにおいてProducerをサポ ートしながら、デジタルクリエイティブ制作におけるプロジェクト進行の円滑化を担うポジションです。 日々の進行管理や社内外の調整業務を通じて、プロジェクトがスムーズに進行するよう支援します

Key Responsibilities：
1.プロジェクトサポート業務
・Producerの指示のもと、プロジェクト進行のサポ トを実施
・スケジュ ル管理、タスク管理、進行状況のアップデ ート
・会議の調整、議事録作成、アクションアイテムの整理・共有

2.クライアントおよび社内コミュニケ ション補助
・クライアントとの基本的なコミュニケ ションサポート（メ ル対応、資料送付など）
・社内クリエイティブチームとの連携・情報共有
・指示内容や要件の整理

3. 制作進行管理の補助
・制作物（Web、eDM等）の進行状況の管理補助
・納期遵守に向けた進行調整およびリマインド
・TCIとのやり取りのサポート

4. 品質管理サポート
・成果物の基本的なチェック（誤字脱字、レイアウト崩れなど）
・ガイドラインや指示内容に基づいた確認業務

Desired Skills & Experience:

1.経験・専門スキル
・デジタル制作、広告、マ ケティング、またはプロジェクトサポ ト業務の経験（1〜3年程度が望ましい）
・基本的なビジネスコミュニケ ションスキル（メール・資料作成など）
・スケジュ ル管理やタスク整理などの基本的なプロジェクト管理スキル

2.技術知識・ツールスキル
・Asana,Smart sheetなどのプロジェクト管理ツ ールの使用経験
・Figmaなどのデザインツ ルに関する基礎知識
・Web制作やデジタルマ ケティングに関する基本理解

3.人物像・ソフトスキル
・高い整理能力と細部への注意力を持ち、タイトなスケジュ ル下で複数の複雑なプロジェクトを同時並行で管理できる方。
・課題に対して受け身ではなく、積極的かつ創造的に解決策を導き出す問題解決志向。
・協調性が高く、変化に柔軟に対応でき、成果にこだわりながら高品質で評価につながるデジタルクリエイティブの提供に情熱を持つ方。

４．語学力
・社内外の多様なステ クホルダ やクライアントと円滑にコミュニケ ションを行うため、日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）が必須。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Support

• Provide project execution support under the guidance of the Producer.

• Manage schedules, track tasks, and provide progress updates.

• Coordinate meetings, draft meeting minutes, and organize/share action items.

2. Client & Internal Communication Support

• Assist with basic client communications (e.g., email correspondence, sending deliverables/materials).

• Liaise and share information with the internal creative team.

• Organize and clarify project instructions and requirements.

3. Production Workflow Management Support

• Assist in managing the production workflow for deliverables (Web, eDM, etc.).

• Coordinate schedules and send reminders to ensure deadlines are met.

• Support communication and coordination with TCI.

4. Quality Control Support

• Perform basic quality checks on deliverables (e.g., proofreading for typos, checking for layout issues).

• Conduct review and verification tasks based on guidelines and project instructions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Experience & Professional Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in digital production, advertising, marketing, or project support roles is preferred.

• Strong basic business communication skills (e.g., email etiquette, document preparation).

• Essential project management skills, including schedule management and task organization.

2. Technical Knowledge & Tool Proficiency

• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.

• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma.

• Fundamental understanding of web production and digital marketing.

3. Mindset & Soft Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset rather than a reactive approach to challenges.

• Collaborative, adaptable to change, and passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful digital creative work.

4. Language Skills

• Business-level proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both Japanese and English is required to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and clients.
