Graphic Designer | VML Growth Academy – VML KSA

Graphic Designer roles in Growth Academy are part of a one-year acceleration experience designed to develop the next generation of Saudi talent in the evolving landscape of AI, creativity, and global transformation under VML.

This is not a traditional entry-level role.
It’s a structured development journey offering hands-on client exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and 4-month rotations across key departments within the agency.

Your role (Graphic Designer)
You’ll support the creative team by designing high-quality, on-brand visual assets across channels—working closely with Strategy, Account, Social, and Production to help move work from brief → concept → design → delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Design and adapt assets for social, digital, presentations, and print

• Translate briefs into strong layouts, typography, and visual systems aligned with brand objectives

• Contribute to concepting by exploring references, mood boards, and visual directions

• Prepare files for production and ensure clean, accurate handoffs

• Collaborate across teams to manage feedback loops, revisions, and timelines

• Support internal design systems, templates, and asset libraries to improve speed and consistency

• Use AI-supported tools for research and iteration where helpful (with human oversight)

Skills & competencies
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, color)

• Attention to detail and strong organization (file hygiene, versioning, naming conventions)

• Confidence working in collaborative environments and taking feedback well

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines

• Curiosity and learning agility in fast-paced environments

• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

• Interest in marketing, branding, and digital transformation

• Tools familiarity: Adobe Creative Suite + Figma

Who we’re looking for

• Saudi Nationals (mandatory)

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field preferred

• Individuals eager to build a long-term career in the agency industry

Program structure

• One-year contract under VML Growth Academy

• Quarterly rotational opportunities across departments

• Exposure to Strategy, Social, Creative, Production, Account Management, and more

• Mentorship and real client project involvement from day one

• Expected start date: 1 April 2026
