Framestore’s Preproduction Services division enables filmmakers and showrunners to make early-stage, creative decisions that can then guide their entire production. We have over a hundred creatives, technologists and producers working across concept art, previsualisation, virtual production, in-camera VFX, techvis and postvis.
Framestore combines talent and technology to bring life to everything we create. Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.
The Role
Framestore is looking for a Visualisation Production Coordinator to join our London team. This role sits at the heart of Pre-Production, supporting projects across Previs, Postvis, Realtime and Virtual Production. You’ll work closely with Producers, Supervisors and Artists, helping the team stay organised, informed and ready to deliver work at a high standard.
If you’re motivated, communicative and enjoy bringing people together, this is a great opportunity to build your production career within a creative and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
You’ll help manage information flow, coordinate resources and keep projects running smoothly day to day. You’ll support teams by updating schedules, facilitating communication and ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
You’ll also be:
• Acting as a main point of contact for artists and clients
• Keeping schedules, trackers and databases updated with accurate daily information
• Taking clear notes in meetings and following up with the right people
• Logging and tracking support tickets and production requests
• Helping Producers and Supervisors monitor workloads, targets and weekly tasks
• Preparing reports, organising client deliveries and arranging key meetings such as dailies and reviews
• Assisting with ad hoc production needs, with occasional on-set support when required
