Visual Storyteller & Video Content Creator

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive content creator who can take ownership of our visual storytelling and digital presence. This role is not just about producing graphics and videos — it is about driving engagement, traffic, and measurable marketing results through compelling visual content.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and training teams to create impactful content that strengthens our brand, educates our audience, and generates business opportunities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of visual content creation — from idea generation and scripting to production, editing, and distribution.
• Create engaging graphics and video content tailored to sales, marketing, and training initiatives, including:
• promotional campaigns
• short-form social media videos
• tutorials and product demos
• webinars and training content

• Design high-performing email templates and campaign visuals for marketing outreach.
• Create and optimise content for digital channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Shorts/Reels formats.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand business goals and translate them into high-impact visual content.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts to ensure strong storytelling and brand alignment.
• Continuously experiment with new formats and creative approaches to increase reach, engagement, and traffic.
• Analyse performance of content and suggest improvements to maximise audience engagement and campaign results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, video marketing, AI content tools, and social media growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, or digital content creation.
• Proven experience creating engaging marketing videos, social media content, or brand visuals.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in design and video tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Canva
• AI video/content tools

• Experience working with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
• Ability to think creatively while aligning content with marketing and business goals.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong design sense, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for technology, digital marketing, and content innovation.
