Location: Primark Waterford
Salary: €52,559
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when required.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual merchandising, show your creative flair and imagination.
• Collaborate with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition showcasing the Primark Brand through windows and in-store.
• Lead a high performing visual merchandising team to provide a great shopping experience and store environment to maximise sales.

• Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging.
• Encourage and coach your team in developing their talent for design, colour, and style.
• Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Understanding of visual / spatial awareness.
